Things to do:
1. Cough when you need to do it. Don’t hesitate. Go ahead and it’ll relax you.
2. Try to take bath with hot water. The vapor fumes help obvious your head, which usually are a cause of a painful throat.
3. Once you don't experience as bad as before, try to remain erect unless you're getting to sleep, because you'll discover that it'll quit a lot of idleness from you.
4. Take proper rest as you can. It is very necessary when you do not very well. Rest can help your human body get more powerful and battle the freezing. Rest more.

What to drink?
1. If you want to get rid of sore throat then stay hydrated. It’s highly recommended to keep your water hot. Cold water will make the throat swell more and more. Do not try to use any dairy products; it will make worse your condition.
2. Avoid freezing carbonated beverages. Drinking soda or any freezing beverages with a coughing drop will make it liquefy and that affects.
3. Consume hot beverages and broth. This will ease the pain and give you liquids and some nutrition. Poultry broth is the best choice.
4. Freshly squeezed orange juice (acidic) will help with the elimination of mucus. Drink a cup of orange tea (or green tea or herbal tea) with sweat.
5. Press out the juice of an orange and mix in 1 tbsp. of sweetie. Mix and drink. It will cold your throat and make you happy.

9. Create an awesome hot cup of tea. Put an interesting coughing flavor into the tea and mix it up until it melts. You want it heated, but let it awesome so it's not too hot but drinkable. Before you consume, coughing up everything that's in the returning up your throat. Drink the tea. It might taste a difference, but its value it!
10. Heat up oranges or apples in the micro-wave (not too hot) and consume it like you would hot tea. Add a little bit sugar for an even better impact.
